Refund & Cancellation Policy

All browser-based utilities on RutvixAI are free. There is nothing to pay and therefore nothing to refund.

Our AI Solutions are digital products delivered as source code and licence keys. Because delivery is immediate and irreversible, purchases are non-refundable once the download has been shared with you, except in the cases listed below.

• Payment was made but the product was never delivered within 72 hours.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• The product is materially different from its description and we cannot fix the issue within 14 days of you reporting it.
• You cancelled before delivery — full refund, no questions asked.

• Change of mind after the source code has been delivered.
• Lack of technical skill or infrastructure to deploy the software.
• Requests for features that were never advertised on the product page.
• Damage caused by your own modifications to the source code.

• Email hello@rutvixai.com within 7 days of payment.
• Include your UPI transaction ID / UTR number, the product name and the reason.
• We acknowledge within 48 hours and decide within 7 working days.
• Approved refunds are returned to the originating UPI account within 5–10 working days.

If money left your account but the order was not created, share the UTR number on WhatsApp at +91 80970 79807. We reconcile manually and either create the order or return the amount.

Custom builds are milestone-based. Amounts paid for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable; unused advance against future milestones is refundable in full.
