1. Digital products
Because all products on RutvixAI Store are digital and delivered instantly with full access, all sales are generally final. Please review the product details, demo content and FAQs before purchasing.
2. Eligible refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following limited cases:
- You were charged but the product was never delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- The product is materially different from what is described on the product page.
- You were charged twice for the same order due to a payment system error.
3. Non-eligible cases
- Change of mind after delivery
- Lack of compatibility with your specific setup that was not mentioned as a requirement
- Failure to download / install where the product itself works as described
4. How to request a refund
Email us your order number, UPI transaction reference and a clear description of the issue within 7 days of purchase. We respond within 2 business days.
5. Refund timelines
Approved refunds are issued back to the original UPI account within 5–10 business days.
