1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using RutvixAI Store ("we", "our", "the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Digital products

All products sold on RutvixAI Store are digital and delivered via Email and WhatsApp within 10–15 minutes of payment verification. Lifetime updates apply only where explicitly stated on the product page.

3. Pricing & payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected via UPI / QR transfer and is manually verified by our team before delivery.

4. Licence & usage

Unless stated otherwise, products are licensed for personal or single-business use. Reselling, redistributing or sharing license keys is strictly prohibited.

5. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or use the products for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, copy, code and assets on RutvixAI Store are the property of RutvixAI Store or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitation of liability

RutvixAI Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the products beyond the amount paid by the customer for that product.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RutvixAI Store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
