By accessing RutvixAI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. We may update these terms occasionally; continued use means you accept the update.

Our utilities are provided free of charge, as-is and without warranty of any kind. They run in your browser and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Always keep a backup of important files before processing them.

• Do not process content that is illegal, infringing or harmful.
• Do not attempt to scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.
• Do not resell or rebrand our free tools as your own product.
• You are responsible for the content you upload, generate or publish.

Paid solutions are sold under a one-time licence for a single business entity unless stated otherwise on the product page. You may modify the source for internal use. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the source code or a derivative of it.

Purchases are made through UPI Scan & Pay. Orders remain in “Pending verification” until our team confirms the transaction reference you submit, after which delivery details are emailed to you. See the Refund Policy for cancellations.

The RutvixAI name, logo, site design, copy and tool implementations are our property. Content you create using our tools remains entirely yours.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RutvixAI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, data loss, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
