This Refund & Cancellation Policy establishes transparent expectations for purchases made on our platform, balancing customer protection with the unique nature of non-tangible digital assets.

2. Digital Marketplace Products (14-Day Guarantee)

For digital software items (such as starter kits, automation scripts, UI components, and software templates) purchased directly through Rutvix AI:

Eligible Refund Grounds:

• Material Non-Functionality: The code archive fails to run or execute core documented features despite matching the stated environment requirements (e.g. PHP 8.2+, MySQL 8.0+).
• Corrupted or Incomplete Deliverables: Download archive is missing critical architectural components or cannot be unpacked.
• Duplicate Transaction: You were billed more than once for the same digital item due to a payment gateway latency or gateway timeout.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Because digital products consist of downloadable source code that cannot be physically retrieved once delivered, refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

• Change of Mind: Requesting a refund simply because you no longer wish to pursue the project after accessing or downloading the full source code repository.
• Host Environment Incompatibility: Inability to operate the software due to deploying on unsupported, deprecated, or misconfigured server stacks explicitly contradicted by the product documentation.
• Absence of Technical Qualifications: Lack of basic familiarity with standard web technologies (PHP, HTML, SQL) required for customizing source code.
• Third-Party Modifications: Faults introduced as a result of third-party modifications or external API deprecations beyond our control.

4. Custom Engineering & Consulting Engagements

Custom enterprise software development, conversational AI chatbot pipelines, and tailored business automation contracts are governed by milestone-based agreements:

• Initial Architectural Deposit: Deposits paid toward discovery, requirements mapping, and technical architecture are non-refundable once engineering analysis has commenced.
• Milestone Payments: Payments tied to completed development milestones are non-refundable once the client has formally approved the milestone demonstration or deployment.
• Project Cancellation by Client: If a client elects to terminate a project prematurely, work completed up to the date of notice will be billed against the initial deposit, and any unexpended funds will be refunded within 14 business days.
