1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, browsing, interacting with, or transacting on Rutvix AI (rutvix.com), or utilizing our APIs, automated tools, and software solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a corporation or legal entity, you represent that you possess the statutory authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.
2. Platform Ecosystem & Services
Rutvix AI provides technology services structured across three primary pillars:
- Bespoke Enterprise Solutions: Architectural design, conversational AI chatbots, automated document pipelines, and scalable cloud microservices tailored for enterprises.
- Digital Product Marketplace: High-performance web applications, developer starter toolkits, automation scripts, and UI frameworks sold under defined licensing models.
- Free Online AI Tools: Zero-cost, high-speed document, image, and data utilities (e.g. PDF Compressor, Image Resizer, Hash Generator) accessible directly via the web.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Rutvix AI solely for lawful purposes. You shall not, directly or indirectly:
- Upload or transmit any malicious code, virus, worm, Trojan horse, or corrupted payloads designed to compromise server infrastructure.
- Use our AI tools to process documents, images, or media containing illegal, defamatory, infringing, or non-consensual material.
- Engage in automated scraping, mass harvesting, or denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks against our infrastructure or endpoints.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication tokens, CSRF defenses, or security mechanisms established on the Platform.
- Resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer proprietary binary or source assets without explicit written license.
4. Free AI Tools Usage & Operational Boundaries
Our dedicated AI tools are offered free of charge for individual and commercial productivity. While we maintain rigorous standards for speed and precision:
- File Size Constraints: Single-file uploads are subject to an operational ceiling of 20MB per request to safeguard shared memory allocations.
- Ephemeral Nature: You are solely responsible for archiving the transformed files you download. Once a session expires or a download completes, files cannot be recovered.
- Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% platform availability, but tools may periodically undergo routine maintenance or algorithmic optimization.
5. Digital Marketplace Licensing & Delivery
When purchasing software templates, scripts, or starter kits from our Marketplace:

6. Custom Engineering Engagements
For tailored software development, AI pipeline architecture, and enterprise automation contracts:
- Statement of Work (SOW): Each engagement is executed under an individual SOW specifying technical deliverables, timelines, milestone checkpoints, and acceptance criteria.
- Code Delivery: Upon final milestone sign-off and balance settlement, intellectual property rights to custom-developed source code transfer to the client as stipulated in the SOW.
7. Payments, Pricing & Invoicing
All listed prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) or converted currencies at the prevailing spot rate. We accept instant UPI, verified bank transfers, and standard enterprise invoicing.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, brand identity, vector icons, graphics, UI layout, software architecture, algorithms, and documentation on Rutvix AI remain the exclusive intellectual property of Rutvix AI and Rahul Surve, protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
Your Content: You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of any files, documents, text prompts, and source assets you process through our AI tools.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM, ITS SOFTWARE PRODUCTS, AND FREE UTILITIES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Rutvix AI, its founder, officers, or engineers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption) arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Rutvix AI during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
